We are currently hiring for a Chiropractic Assistant to join our team and support our patients in our two beautiful practice locations in the Sunset and Marina neighborhoods of SF.

We are seeking a like-minded, organized individual to support our patients and doctors through connection-based patient care. At the front desk, you’ll be the first point of contact and ensure that the office runs seamlessly and that patients feel welcomed and cared for.

  • Come from a customer-service background

  • Possess a strong emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt when working with a variety of different people

  • Have previous employment as a receptionist and/or in a chiropractic office

  • Love working with people and positively impacting others lives

  • Thrive in a busy setting, serving as the point of contact for the practice and its patients, supporting the chiropractors and maintaining relationships with patients

  • Communicate clearly, effectively and with intention

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Greeting guests and being the first point of contact for new and potential patients

  • Guiding new patients through the space when they first arise and capturing relevant information

  • Checking in and out patients, paying attention to next appt., balanced owed, etc.

  • Scheduling and rescheduling patients for 3+ chiropractors with ease

  • Assessing ledgers + collecting payments from patients

  • Answering the phone, checking voicemails, and responding to emails throughout the day

  • Following all necessary steps throughout patient lifecycle to make sure we collect and store appropriate information including prepping relevant paperwork

  • Establishing patient flow: guiding patients to and from tables, scheduling next appointment etc.

  • Meeting 2x/monthly, once with the entire team (to discuss: vision, team commitments, upcoming events), and once with the office manager (to discuss: systems, problem-solving, and ongoing education)

A huge plus if you have:

  • Working knowledge of Janeapp, Convertkit, Google Suite

  • Interests in wellness, self development, and mind body spirit care

  • Interest and/ or practice with non-violent communication

  • Bilingual

Hours + Pay:

Pay is hourly and based on experience. Starting compensation includes complimentary chiropractic care & quarterly bonus potential. Performance check-in after 3 months. This is a part-time position. Bonus if you have flexibility in your schedule for vacation cover, etc.
